Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

After placing an order, we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Once dispatched, we share your tracking details or courier information so you can follow your parcel's status. You can also message us anytime with your order number for an update.
While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery can occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, courier network issues, remote locations, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Our courier partners typically make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery fails both times or the phone is unreachable, please contact us within 24–48 hours so we can arrange a re-delivery.
